Laressa Dickey

Laressa Dickey is a poet, dancer, and somatic worker. Born in Tennessee, Dickey received her MFA in 2005 from the University of Minnesota. She’s the author of several chapbooks including A Piece of Information About His Invisibility (MIEL) and apparatus for manufacturing sunset (dancing girl press). Her collection Bottomland was published in 2014 by Shearsman Books. A second collection Twang is forthcoming from The Backwaters Press. In 2014, MIEL published Little Voice Box as part of their microseries
